Underworld installation guide
Follow these steps to get started with Underworld:
- visit the dependencies page for information, instructions and links to download and install Underworld's software dependencies
- choose your version of Underworld, by visiting either:
- downloads to download a tarball or binary of Underworld, as well as associated documentation.
- releases to check out a version controlled copy of Underworld (recommended for code developers) and further details of all Underworld releases, or
- cluster page for a guide to using pre-installed Underworld modules, or installing your own copy of Underworld, on supported computer clusters
- compile your copy of the code using SCons, if you have checked out a version controlled copy of Underworld
- see Technical Support for help with installing and using Underworld and gLucifer
Then consult the Underworld User Manual for a guide to creating and running your own models using Underworld.
